We chose to take a gradual approach, embracing the concept of baby steps! To kick things off, we opened the opportunity to a select group. Excitingly, just five team members signed up for the program, and their enthusiasm was palpable!
With only five participants initially, I found it easy to guide them through the process. As more employees have joined the program, I continue to offer support, although most of them now onboard through LingualNeeds emails.
